The location across from the train station was ideal, and the stylish decor made for an inviting stay. Unfortunately, we experienced long wait times for service at dinner and some minor issues with our room's lighting. though, the friendly staff and clean atmosphere stood out.

I had a wonderful experience during my stay, enjoying a lovely, spacious club deluxe room with thoughtful amenities like Nespresso coffee facilities and delicious breakfast options. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. I wished there was better lighting in the room for more comfort.

the room was comfy and clean, had such an amazin bed for a good night. breakfast was really good, loads of choices. the staff were super friendly and helped when i had questions. location was perfect, close to everything including shops and the train station. also loved the convenience of the bar area to chill out.

My stay at Malmaison was exceptionally positive. The reception staff were efficient and welcoming, ensuring a smooth check-in process. The room was a Club Deluxe Room, impeccably clean, and offered a relaxing atmosphere ideal for unwinding after a busy day. I also enjoyed a wonderful dining experience with attentive service that exceeded my expectations. the food was delicious and well-presented.

I found the bar area could use more comfortable seating.

The Club Double Room was alright, but it felt a bit dark with the decor and lighting. The shower took some time to get warm, which was annoying. On the plus side, the bed was comfy, and I slept well despite the room facing the station. Cleanliness was spot on, and the space was decent, but the vibe could use some brighter touches for a more inviting feel.

The location right across from the bus station makes it incredibly convenient. the room felt quite cramped and poorly lit, which made it difficult for makeup application. The bathroom cleanliness left something to be desired, with noticeable black mould on the shower hose. While the dinner was enjoyable, I was surprised to find extra charges for table service, which felt excessive. The staff were friendly, and breakfast was a highlight, but overall, the value didn’t meet my expectations.

I had a nice time here! The room was super quiet, and the bed was unbelievably comfy. Plus, it was really clean. I liked the little stairs that took me to the bathroom, it felt kinda fancy. Only thing was, the wait for breakfast was a bit longer than I’d prefer.

The bed was so comfy that I slept like a baby, and I really enjoyed the lovely treats in the room, especially the chocolates! I took advantage of the cozy bar downstairs for a drink and started my day with an amazing breakfast. The only downside was a flickering bathroom bulb, but it didn’t ruin my stay at all—definitely check it out! 😊
